三期辨证五证五方治疗四肢新鲜骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三期辨证五证五方治疗四肢新鲜骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者分为2组,各30例。治疗组采用三期辨证五证五方配合鹿瓜多肽治疗,对照组仅用鹿瓜多肽治疗。2组均以治疗10d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治疗后症状体征积分改善情况及证候疗效、骨折愈合疗效、骨折愈合时间等项目,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:三期辨证五证五方治疗四肢新鲜骨折能显著提高疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of three stage differentiation of five five prescription in the treatment of limb fracture. Methods ： 60patients were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each. The treatment group uses the three dialectical five cards with five parties of Lugua polypeptide treatment, the control group only treated by Cervus and Cucumis polypeptide. 2 groups were treated for 1 courses 10d. Results： after treatment, symptoms and signs scores and syndrome curative effect, fracture healing, fracture healing time, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： the three dialectical five cards five treatment could significantly improve the effect of fresh fracture of limbs.
