摘 要:基于考虑风电预测误差时间相关性的不确定性场景,将能量型储能同时应用于削峰填谷和计划跟踪两种模式,提出了风储联合系统多模式协调优化模型。同时,针对风储联合运行的大规模混合整数规划问题,提出储能调峰容量系数的概念,用于构造两层迭代优化算法,对模型进行快速求解,并可对储能在不同模式的容量分配进行量化评估。基于实际数据进行了计算机仿真验证,仿真结果表明,风储联合系统的最优运行模式受上网电价、惩罚价格以及风电随机特性等因素的影响;而所提出的模型可实现储能有限容量在不同模式间的合理分配和高效利用,为研究风储联合系统运行特性、与电网进行协调调度提供了重要的参考信息。Based on the uncertainty scenarios considering temporal dependence of wind power prediction errors, the energy storage system is applied in both energy shifting pattern and plan following pattern. A multi-pattern coordinated optimization model for the wind power and energy storage combined system is proposed. Meanwhile, in view of the large-scale mixed integer programming problem in the combined operation of wind power and energy storage system, the shifting ratio of energy storage capacity is proposed to develop the bi-level iterative optimization algorithm for fast sloving the model. The shifting ratio of energy storage capacity is further applied to quantitatively evaluate the capacity allocation. The results of the simulation based on actual data show that the optimal operation pattern of the wind power and energy storage system is influenced by factors including the selling price, penalty price and stochastic characteristics of wind power. And the model proposed is able to realize rational allocation and highly efficient utilization of the limited energy storage among different scenarios, providing important information for research on wind power and energy storage combined system operation and coordinated dispatch with power grids.
