摘　　要：以自激式水幕除尘器为研究对象,对影响除尘效率的3个相关参数(风机运行频率、节流板开度和液位高度)进行试验研究和分析,考虑风机运行频率和节流板开度的交互作用,设计3因素4水平的除尘效率正交试验,对试验数据进行极差分析和方差分析,寻找除尘器性能的最佳状态参数组合。The paper took the self-oscillating water curtain dust remover as the study object, and conducted test study and analysis on three parameters （operating fi-equency of the fan, opening of the throttle plate and height of the liquid level） affecting dust-removing efficiency. Taking the interaction between operating frequency of the fan and opening of the throttle plate into account, the paper designed three-factor and four-level orthogonal test for dust-removing efficiency, and conducted range analysis and variance analysis on the test data. Finally, the parameter combination to achieve optimal performance of the dust remover was identified.
