摘 要:以实际生产资料计算出的可能偏差E值和分选密度为预测初始值,根据即将入选的原煤浮沉组成,以现场精煤要求灰分为标准,适当调整分选密度和产品结构,直至达到理想状态,从而得到预测的实际分选密度和产品结构。以试验数据计算得到的实际分选密度和在采样同时记录下对应的密度计显示的循环介质密度为基础,建立了实际分选密度与对应循环介质密度的实时模型,该模型经验证误差较小,可为重介选煤厂自动化控制提供理论基础。Taking the probable error E and the separation density calculated by actual production data as the initial predicted value, the coal product structure and separation density were adjusted to the ideal state based on the float-sink constitution of feeding raw coal and the required ash content of clean coal, thus the predicted separation density and product structure were obtained. Based on the actual separation density calculated by test data and the circulating medium density recorded on the densitometer at the time of sampling, the online model of the actual separation density and the corresponding circulating medium density was established. The model appeared to be small error after verification and could offer theoretical foundation for automatic control in the heavy-medium coal washery.
