摘  要:以四川某复杂铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿为研究对象,在对该矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了大量的探索试验研究。最终采用铜铅锌优先浮选的工艺流程,以及新型高效铜捕收剂QA-02,在确定了最佳粗选和精选条件后,进行了实验室小型闭路试验,获得了含铜20.50%,回收率达70.03%的铜精矿;含铅58.67%,回收率为84.40%的铅精矿;含锌50.76%,回收率达82.77%的锌精矿。回收富集在铜、铅、锌精矿中有价金属银达90.63%的选别指标,实现了对该矿石综合利用的目标。The complicated polymetallic Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag sulfide ore from Sichuan was taken as the study object, and a great deal of exploration tests on the ore were carried out after mineralogy analysis. And then, the process flow involving Cu-Pb-Zn prior flotation and new-type efficient copper collector QA-02 were adopted. After the optimal roughing and cleaning condition being determined, small lab closed-circuit test was conducted, thus copper concentrate with Cu grade of 20.50% and recovery of 70.03%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 58.67% and recovery of 84.40%, zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 50.76% and recovery of 82.77% were obtained. In addition, 90.63% silver was recovered from the copper concentrate, lead concentrate and zinc concentrate, which indicated the comprehensive utilization of the ore.
