摘 要:对镍基合金电火花沉积层在不同转速及载荷下的摩擦学性能进行了研究,分析了其磨损机理;并利用现代表面分析技术研究了镍基合金电火花沉积层表面截面形貌、硬度和成分。结果表明,沉积处理可以提高沉积层硬度和耐磨性;低速轻载运行时,沉积层磨损机理为微观切削和塑变,高速重载运行时,主要磨损机理为犁沟切削磨损、粘着磨损、氧化磨损和疲劳磨损。The abrasion characteristics of a Ni-base alloy electro-spark deposition layer were studied at various rotary speed and load, and its abrasion mechanism was analyzed. In addition, modem surface analysis technology was applied to study the surface and section morphology, hardness and composition of the deposition layer. The results showed: the deposition layer was contributive to improvement of the hardness and abrasion resistance; the abrasion mechanism of the deposition layer was characterized by microcosmic cutting and plastic deformation at operation with low speed and light load, and the abrasion mechanism of the deposition layer was characterized by furrowed cutting abrasion, adhesive abrasion, oxidation abrasion and fatigue abrasion.
