摘　　要：自CBA采取"封闭式"市场准入制度以降,由"市场准入"引发的纠纷日渐增多,其产生、升级的原因可概括为市场导向理念尚未形成共识,在职业篮球领域中,行政色彩仍较为浓厚,同时制度供给不足导致市场准入制度的功能无法正常发挥。针对市场准入制度推行中出现的问题,提出树立市场导向理念及提高制度供给效果的机制设想。Since the CBA adopted the ＂closed＂ market access system, disputes caused by ＂Market access＂ had increasing. Its emer- gence and upgrading of the reasons can be summed up as that the market orientation philosophy has not yet formed a consensus. In the professional basketball field, administrative intervention and administrative monopoly is still strong, and the lack of institution supply causes the market access system functions can not be normal play. We put forward to establish a market--oriented concept and supply ideas about improving the effect of institutional aiming at the present problems in carrying out the market access system.
