临床治疗200例冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察在我院进行临床治疗的200例冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病患者的治疗情况，并进行分析。方法随机在我院2014年6月至2014年9月期间收入的冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病患者中选取200例患者。随机分为两组。对照组患者使用辛伐他汀治疗；观察组使用辛伐他汀联合葛根素治疗，分析两组疗效。结果观察组的临床治疗效果要优于对照组。观察组患者治疗之后的TG、TC、LDL—C水平的改善程度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病的临床治疗过程中，使用葛根素与辛伐他汀联用进行治疗有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the treatment of 200 cases of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients in our hospital, and analyzed. Meth- ods the patients in our hospital in 2014 June to 2014 September income of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in 200 patients. Random cent is two groups. Patients in the control group with simvastatin treatment; the observation group with simvastatin combined with Puerarin Treatment, analysis of two groups of curative effect. Results the clinical curative effect of observation group is better than control group. The degree of im- provement was observed after treatment in patients with TG, TC, LDL-C levels were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion in the clinical treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, the use of puerarin and simvastatin treatment has good clinical effect.
