早孕人流负压吸引术人流不全患者口服米非司酮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析旱孕人流负压吸引术人流不全女性口服米非司酮的疗效。方法选取50例早孕人流负压吸引术人流不全女性为对象，将其随机分组。清宫组女性给予常规清宫，米非司酮组女性口服米非司酮。对比效果。结果两组女性阴道止血时间、尿妊娠试验转阴时间相近（P〉0．05）。观察组不良现象明显少于清宫组（p〈0．05）。结论旱孕人流负压吸引术人流不全女性口服米非司酮跟清宫术对比，安全可靠，值得推广。Objective To analyze the first trimester vacuum aspiration abortion incomplete abortion women mifepristone effect.
