产科母婴病房顺产分娩护理工作模式探讨

摘　　要：目的分析全新产科母婴顺产分娩护理工作模式的实施效果，以此提高医护工作者的护理能力，满足产妇对护理工作的需求。方法我院将产科5名医师，11名护士组成产科母婴病房小组，实施产科母婴病房护理工作流程再造，从2013年3月至2014年3月于我院母婴病房分娩的产妇中选取60例顺产产妇作为观察组，并选取同时期普通产房60例顺产产妇作为对照组，通过问卷调查的形式，观察两组产妇的护理满意度，并对比两组新生儿Apgar指数及住院天数。结果实施母婴病房全新护理的60例观察组产妇其护理满意度明显优于普通产房的对照组（p〈0．05），观察组平均住院天数为（3．8±0．6）d，对照组为（5．3±1．2）d，此外两组新生儿Apgar指数也存在显著差异，对比均有统计差异（p〈0．05）。结论通过全新产科母婴病房护理，可有效缩短产妇住院天数，使护理工作更为制度有序，使孕产妇及其家属获得满意护理，减少纠纷，值得推广。Objective： analysis of the implementation effect of new obstetricmatemal natural delivery nursing work mode, in order to improve the ability of nursing health workers, to meet the demand for nursing mothers. Methods： our hospital obstetric 5 physicians, 11 nurses of maternal baby ward group, the implementation of obstetric maternal and child nursing process reengineering, we selected 60 cases from 2013 March to 2014 eutocia maternal infant wards in our hospital from March birth mothers as observation group, and select the same period ordinary delivery room of 60 pregnant women were used as control group,through the form of questionnaire, nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed, and compared between the two groups of neonatal Apgar index and the days in hospital. Results： the implementation of the child ward new nursing 60 cases of the observation group were the nursing satisfaction are significantly higher than those of normal control group （p＆lt delivery room; 0.05）, observation group, the average hospital stay was （3.8 ± 0.6） d, the control group （5.3 ± 1.2）d, in addition to the two groups of neonatal Apgar index have significant difference, comparison there was statistical difference （p＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the nursing mother new ob- stetric ward, can effectively reduce the maternal hospitalization days, to make nursing more system in an orderly manner, the pregnant women and their families to obtain satisfactory nursing, reduce disputes, worthy of promotion.
