缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的成本效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的成本效果。方法 100例原发性高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平,对照组给予缬沙坦。观察两组患者疗效,评定两组成本效果。结果观察组和对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组成本194元;观察组成本346.4元。观察组的成本/效果=353.5;对照组的成本/效果=388。观察组成本效果低于对照组成本效果。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床效果显著,缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压成本效果低,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the cost effectiveness of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received valsartan combined with amlodipine, and the control group received valsartan alone. Curative effects of the two groups were observed for cost effectiveness evaluation. Results The difference of total effective rate between the observation group had control group had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The cost in the control group was 194 yuan, and that was 346.4 yuan in the observation group. Cost/effect=353.5 in the observation group, and that was 388 in the control group. The observation group had lower cost effectiveness than the control group. Conclusion Combination of valsartan and amlodipine provides precise effect in treating primary hypertension. This method has low cost effectiveness, and it is worthy of referring.
