摘 要:目的:探讨传统健康教育模式、多媒体健康教育模式、网络支持干预健康教育模式在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将165例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为A、B、C三组各55例,A组采用传统健康教育模式,B组采用多媒体健康教育模式,C组采用网络支持干预健康教育模式,比较三组健康教育效果。结果:三组术后、出院后健康教育内容知晓率及满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同健康教育模式在乳腺癌手术患者各时期应用效果不同,应根据患者各时期对疾病知识的需求程度采取合理有效的健康教育模式,提高患者的健康教育内容知晓率与满意度。Objective:To discuss the application method and effect of traditional health education model,multimedia health education model and network - assisted health education model in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods:165 postoperative breast canc-er patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C(55 cases in each group). The traditional model was used in group A;the multi-media health model was taken in group B;the network - assisted model was adopted in group C. The health education effect was compared among the three groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of patientˊs awareness rate of the contents of health education and the satisfaction with health education after operation and after discharge among the three groups(P 〈 0. 05). Con-clusion:The appropriate and effective health education model should be provided for the patients according to their demand for the related knowledge in different periods so as to improve their awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction.
