摘  要:文章主要研究在产奶牛日粮中用加拿大双低菜粕完全替代豆粕与棉粕后对奶牛瘤胃发酵的影响,为加拿大双低油菜籽粕在奶牛生产中的科学应用提供理论依据和实践指导。选择3头健康、体重相近、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦奶牛作为试验动物。试验分两部分进行,分别研究粗蛋白含量为10.5%和8.5%的日粮条件下双低菜粕替代棉粕与豆粕后对奶牛瘤胃代谢的影响,对照组日粮不含有双低菜粕,试验组日粮用5%或2.5%的双低菜粕替代豆粕与棉粕。结果表明:粗蛋白质含量在10.5%和8.5%的日粮条件下,用加拿大双低油菜籽粕替代豆粕、棉籽粕,对奶牛瘤胃液p H值、BCP含量和VFA含量均无显著的影响。在8.5%的低蛋白日粮水平下,用加拿大双低油菜籽粕替代豆粕、棉籽粕,瘤胃氨氮浓度显著(P<0.05)或趋于显著(P<0.1)低于对照组。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of canola meal instead of soybean meal and cotton meal on rumen fermentation of dairy cows, to provide theoretical basis for addition of cano- la meal in diet of dairy cows. Three Holstein cows fitted with ruminal cannulas were chosen to study the effects of canola meal on the rumen fermentation of dairy cows, with a diet containing 10.5% of crude protein or 8.5% of crude protein. The control was not fed canola meal, and the experimental dairy cows were fed canola meal in diet to replace 5% or 2.5% of soybean meal and cotton-seed meal. The results showed that: for the diet containing 10.5% and 8.5% of crude protein using canola meal in- stead of soybean meal and cotton-seed meal had no significant influences on pH value, BCP and VFA contents of rumen in dairy cows (P〉0.05). However, NH3-N concentrations in rumen of dairy cattle feeding canola meal for a diet containing 8.5% of crude protein were decreased or significantly de- creased(P〈0.1, P〈0.05) compared with the control group.
