摘　　要：最近的研究证实酵母细胞壁对机体有重要的生理功能,文章综述了酵母细胞壁对动物免疫系统功能、肠道健康、霉菌毒素吸附等方面的影响,其在动物养殖应用中能够起到改善动物健康,促进生长的作用,具有很好的应用前景。Recent studies have confirmed that yeast cell wall has important physiological functions to the organism. In this paper, we review the effect of yeast cell wall on animal immune system, intestinal heahh and inycotoxin adsorption. Its application in animal breeding can play an important role in im- proving animal health and promoting the growth. Yeast cell wall will has extensive application prospect.
