摘  要:通过对沁水盆地高煤级原生结构煤(镜质组最大反射率Ro,max=2.571%)样品进行不同温压和不同应变速率流变实验,并对实验前后样品进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)检测,深入研究了高煤级煤的流变特征,同时探讨了其流变条件。结果表明:不同温压和应变速率下,煤岩发生了不同程度的流变。当温度在300℃时,样品开始表现出脆性流变向脆韧性流变转换的特征;温度接近400℃,煤岩可见韧性流变特征;高煤级煤脆性向韧性转化能够提高其煤化程度;通过红外光谱测试,高煤级原生结构煤随着流变程度的不断增强,其脂肪族结构发生不同程度的变化,而芳香族结构有所增加,韧性流变煤结构有序度大为提高。将流变煤结果与同类型的天然流变特征对比发现:实验流变煤的显微构造和大分子结构与天然条件下是一致的;300~400℃是实验室高煤级煤岩发生脆韧性转换的条件,而地质演化过程中高煤级煤在较低应变速率下脆韧性转换的温度可能为50~150℃,在较高应变速率下脆韧性转换的温度可能为100~250℃。The experiments of variable temperature, pressure and strain rate were performed on high rank primary texture coal (maximum vitrinite reflectance R = 2. 571% ) of native structure at Qinshui Basin,the coals before and after experiments were investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) , and the theological characteristics and rheological conditions of high rank coal were discussed. The results show that : the various degrees rheology of coal occur at variable temperature, pressure and strain rate. When the temperature is about 300 ℃, the samples have characteristics from brittle rheology to brittle-ductile theology;when the temperature is close to 400℃, the sample have the characteristics of ductile rheology; high rank coal transforms from brittle to ductile, which can improve its coalification;by the test of FTIR, the aliphatic of high rank primary texture coal changes and the aromatic increases with the growing levels of theology, the order degree of ductile rheological coals is greatly improved. Compare the characteristics of experiment rheological coal with that of natural coal, it shows that : the microstructure and macromolecular of rheological coal after experiments and natural rheological coal are similar;the high rank coal occurs brittle-ductile transition at 300-400 ℃ under experiments,which may happen at 50-150 ℃ under lower strain rate and 100-250 ℃ under higher strain rate in natural condition.
