摘　　要：农药特别是高毒农药直接关系着农产品质量安全。但现阶段,为了保证粮食生产安全,在农业生产中又面临着不得不用的实际情况。本文通过河北省开展高毒农药定点经营示范县建设工作的实际,积极探索高毒农药定点经营的有效管理模式,不断提高农药管理水平,以更好地为保障农产品质量和农业生产安全服务。Pesticide prodcuts, especially highly toxic ones, are directly related with the quality and safety of agricultural products. Currently, in order to ensure the security of food production, pesticide is a must for agricultural production. Through the practice of demonstration county con- struction of highly toxic appointed distribution system in Hebei Province, this paperactively ex- plored the effective management pattern of highly toxic appointed distribution system to improve the level of pesticide managementconstantly and to provide better service for safeguarding the quality of agricultural products and the safety of agricultural production.
