摘  要:神华宁夏煤业集团煤化工分公司甲醇厂合成一车间低温甲醇洗装置自2007年建成投产以来,甲醇-水分离塔T-0607频繁出现塔顶甲醇中φ(H2O)超标,塔底废水中φ(CH3OH)超标的现象,从人、设备、工艺参数、操作条件、系统负荷等几个方面作为切入点,通过规范操作、颠倒进料换热器进出口管线、加大T-0607回流量、降低T-0607负荷、提高甲醇-水分离塔塔底温度等工艺优化措施,最终控制甲醇-水分离塔塔底废水中φ(CH3OH)为0.15%,1 a大约可为企业节约成本213.89万元.Since RECTISOL device put into operation in synthesis workshop one, methanol factory, Coal Chemical Branch, Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group in 2007, water content of top methanol and methanol content of bottom waste water had exceeded standard value in methanol-water separation tower(T-0607). Personal operation, equipment, process parameter, operation condition, system load were regarded as start points in the problem. Finally, the methanol content of bottom waste water reduced to 0.15% by mearsurements of regulating operation, reversing the inlet and outlet in feed heat exchanger pipeline, increasing the return flow, reducing load and increasing bottom temperature in T-0607 methanol-water separation tower. These optimizations could save 2.13 million yuan/a.
