摘  要:采用聚酰胺66熔体直接纺丝生产111 dtex/36 f高速缝纫线,探讨了熔体黏度、纺丝温度、缓冷温度、侧吹风条件、预网络压力、纺丝速度等工艺参数对生产的影响。结果表明:采用相对黏度77~79的聚酰胺66熔体,纺丝温度299℃,缓冷温度298℃,侧吹风速度0.25~0.30 m/s,侧吹风温度19℃,预网络压力0.08~0.12 MPa,卷绕速度2 900 m/min等优化后的工艺参数,生产稳定,产品质量优良,断裂强度达到7.92 c N/dtex,干热收缩率4.6%,染色合格品率98.9%,染色均匀度3~4级,满筒A级品挑出率提高15%左右。The 111dtex/36 f sewing thread was produced by melt direct spinning process, the influences of melt viscosity, spinning temperature, heat-retarder temperature, quenching condition, pre-interlaced pres- sure, spinning speed on the production were discussed. The results showed that when relative viscosity of polyamide was 77-79, spinning temperature was (299±2)9, heat-retarder temperature was 298 9, quenching air speed was 0.25-0.30 m/s, quenching air temperature was 199, pre-interlaced pressure was 0.08 - 0.12 MPa, spinning speed was 2 900 m/min, the stable production and good quality products were got, the breaking strength of polyamide 66 sewing thread was 7.92 cN/dtex, hot air shrinkage was 4.6%, qualified dye product ratio was 98.9%, dye evenness grade was 3-4, and full bobbin product pick out ratio increased 15%.
