摘  要:以径向止推联合轴承为研究对象,采用三维建模,结构化及非结构化网格相结合的方式,运用有限体积法对三维稳态可压缩N-S方程进行求解,同时与独立的径向轴承承载特性进行了对比分析。结果表明:在径向轴承仿真与径向止推轴承结合仿真的对比中,径向轴承仿真承载力要略大于联合仿真的承载力。The difference of the load capacity among combined radial-thrust combined bearing simulation, the radial bearings simulation and the thrust bearings simulation based on the radial-thrust gas bearing were studied in this paper. A kind of three dimensional model based on numerical method was developed. Structured mesh was combined with unstructured mesh in the meshing. The finite volume method was used to solve the three dimensional model compressible N-S equations. The results show that the load capacity of the radial bearing simulation is slightly larger than the load capacity of the radial-thrust beating combined simulation in contrast to the thrust beating combined simulation and radial bearing simulation.
