摘 要:针对材质为Q160的低屈服强度钢和Q345钢,对表面处理采用喷丸和喷硬质石英砂的试件进行高强度螺栓摩擦型连接试验。通过试验了解两种接触面处理方法对抗滑移系数的影响,并对Q160试件和Q345试件进行比较。试验结果表明,采用硬质石英砂处理试件的抗滑移系数高于采用喷丸处理的试件;Q160试件的摩擦系数并未因为强度降低而降低。因此,提出Q160低屈服强度钢高强度螺栓摩擦型连接设计时可采用与Q345相同的抗滑移系数的建议。In this paper, the experimental tests of high-strength bolts slip-resistant connection assembled with the plate of both Q160 low yield steel and Q345 low alloy steel were carried out, with treatment methods being shot blast and hard quartz sand blast.The effect of the two treatment methods on slip coefficient was got by the tests, and a comparison between Q160 and Q345 specimens was done.Experimental results showed that the slip coefficient of the specimens with shot blast surface were lower than the ones with hard quartz sand blast surface, the frictional coefficient of Q160 specimen was higher, and it was seemed that the slip coefficient was not reduced due to with the decrease in strength.Therefore, it was suggested that the slip coefficient of Q160 steel plate could be the same value as the Q345 steel plate in the design of high strength bolts slip-resistant connections.
