摘  要:使用差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪和偏光显微镜研究了不同挤出工艺条件下N,N′-二环己基对苯二甲酰胺(DCHT)对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)β成核效果的影响。结果表明:加入质量分数0.15%的DCHT会诱导PPR中部分α晶转变成β晶,使原来粗大的球晶转变成"花心"状晶,出现β晶(300)晶面的特征衍射峰;提高单螺杆挤出机螺筒温度或螺杆转速都会明显增强DCHT对PPR的β成核效果;使用双螺杆挤出机在螺杆转速较高时,挤出改性PPR的β晶相对含量较高;最优工艺条件为单螺杆挤出机料筒温度250℃、螺杆转速120 r/min,或双螺杆挤出机料筒温度230℃、螺杆转速170 r/min,此时改性PPR的β晶相对含量达45.0%以上,DCHT对PPR有较好的β成核作用。β-nucleation effect of N,N′-dicyclohesyl terephthalamide(DCHT) on polypropylene random copolymer(PPR) in different extrusion processing conditions was studied with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and polarizing light microscope(PLM). The results show that DCHT can induce partial α crystal in PPR convert into β crystal, and make original bulky spherulite change into flower-like crystal morphology when 0.15% by mass of DCHT is added into PPR, and consequently characterization diffraction peak of crystal face 300 of β crystal appears. DCHT enhances β-nucleation of PPR obviously when the barrel temperature or the screw speed of the single-screw extruder increases. The modified PPR has high β crystal relative content when the twin-screw extruder with high screw speed is used. The β crystal relative content of the modified PPR is over 45.0%, which means DCHT has good nucleation effect on PPR, under the optimal extrusion conditions including the barrel temperature of 250 ℃ and the screw speed of 120 r/min for the single-screw extruder, or the barrel temperature of 230 ℃ and the screw speed of 170 r/min for the twin-screw extruder.
