摘  要:采用同向双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出制备甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(简称K树脂)(K-g-GMA),用傅里叶变换红外光谱和酸碱滴定法对K-g-GMA进行表征并测定其接枝率,分析了GMA用量对K-g-GMA接枝率及熔体流动速率的影响。将K-g-GMA添加到K树脂与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)共混体系中,采用熔融共混法制备了K/SAN透明合金。结果表明:随着GMA用量的增加,K-g-GMA的接枝率逐渐升高,当GMA用量为4 phr时,接枝率最高,熔体流动性较好。当K树脂与SAN质量比为15∶85,w(K-g-GMA)为3%时,与未加K-g-GMA相比,透明合金的拉伸强度、悬臂梁无缺口冲击强度和透光率分别提高6.08%,25.72%,0.92%。The copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) grafting styrene and butadiene block copolymer (referred to as K resin)(K-g-GMA) was prepared by melting extrusion with a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The character and grafting ratio of K-g-GMA were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and acid-base titration. The effects of GMA content on the grafting ratio and the melt flow rate of K-g-GMA were studied. The grafted copolymer was added to the blending system of K resin and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN),and the K/SAN transparent alloy was prepared by melt blending process. The results show that the grafting ratio of K-g-GMA is increased with the increase of GMA content. The grafted copolymer has the highest grafting ratio and therefore good fluidity of its melt when the content of GMA is 4 phr. When the mass ratio of K resin to SAN is 15∶85 and mass percentage of K-g-GMA is 3%,the tensile strength,Izod notched impact strength and transmittance of the transparent alloy are increased by 6.08%,25.72%,0.92%,respectively in comparison with those of the alloy without K-g-GMA.
