摘　　要：现代医学技术的迅速发展、医学模式的转变,更加注重社会文化、社会环境对医学和医患关系的影响,因而社会文化对医患关系的规范和导向作用不可低估;和谐医患关系的关键,是提高医务人员的文化素质、道德修养,营造医疗环境的文化氛围,而这需要医院、医务人员和患者三方的共同努力。With the rapid development of modern medical technology and the change of medical model, the influence of social culture and social environment on medicine and doctor-patient relationship is paid much more attention to. Social culture＇s specification and guidance role to the doctor-patient relationship should not be underestimated. The key to harmonious doctor-patient relationship is to improve the culture quality and moral cultivation of medical staff, and build the culture atmosphere of medical environment, which needs the hospitals, medical staff and patients work hard together to achieve.
