强化公立医院诚信危机管理的有效路径研究

摘　　要：诚信体系是公立医院存在和发展之基;诚信危机蕴含着巨大的破坏力;建设诚信体系是处理诚信危机的关键所在。诚信体系涉及面广,建设周期长,公立医院须对之常抓不懈。本文在论述公立医院诚信体系重要作用的基础上,梳理了公立医院处理诚信危机的原则,并对强化公立医院诚信危机管理的有效路径进行了探讨。Credit system is the basic support of the existence and development of public hospitals, and credit crisis contains a huge destructive power, therefore the construction of credit system is the key to deal with credit crisis. Since credit system involves different aspects, and has long construction period, public hospitals need con- stant attention. On the basis of discussing the important role of credit system in public hospitals, this paper combs the principles of dealing with credit crisis in public hospitals, and probes into the effective path of strengthening the credit crisis management in public hospitals as well.
