摘 要:为探索铝合金推拉窗极限气密、水密性能(以下简称二性),对不同型材、不同构造措施的铝合金推拉窗二性进行对比试验。从试验情况看,推拉窗二性与施工制作、安装质量关系较大,但随着试验等级的提高,发现推拉窗的水密性主要取决于型材本身结构构造。因此,在台风多发地区要提高外门窗水密性设防能力,减少外门窗渗漏,应从设计选材到施工制作等方面进行总体考虑。本次试验还否定了工程上习惯认为铝合金推拉窗水密性能只能达到3~4级的错误认识。只要选材合理,精心施工,铝合金推拉窗的水密性可以达到6级标准[1],能满足绝大部分工程对外门窗的性能要求。Comparative trial on different sections,different construction measures of aluminum alloy push-pull window two performances were carried out for exploring the aluminum alloy push-pull window airtight, watertight performance limit(hereinafter referred to as two performances).From the test,two performances had much to do with the quality of construction production and installation,but with the improvement of test grades,it was found that the water tightness of push-pull window structure depends mainly on material itself.Therefore,in the typhoon prone areas to improve the ability of outside doors and windows watertightness fortification,to reduce the leakage of outside doors and windows should make overall consideration on design material selection to production construction,etc.The test also denied engineering habits that aluminum alloy push-pull window watertight performance can only reach grade 3~4.As long as to make reasonable material selection,careful work,water tightness of the alloy push-pull window can reach the standard level 6[1],for the most part can meet the engineering performance requirements of the external doors and windows.
