摘  要:轮辐式预应力索杆结构点式倒置不规则椭圆环形玻璃采光顶的魅力在于结构,是天津泰达广场B区装饰工程的亮点,也是设计与施工的难点。轮辐式预应力索杆支撑结构具有良好的稳定性和结构刚度,依赖机械连接的玻璃固定装置具有优良的可调整性和耐久性,夹胶半钢化玻璃、密封胶缝的合理选择应用提高安全性、耐久性。预应力建立是保证索杆结构获得必要结构刚度和稳定形状的措施,安装中需重点对拉索张拉和螺杆、玻璃夹具的松紧度等进行有效控制。Prestressed cable-strut spoke-structure point of inverted irregular ellipse annular glass roof charm lies in the structure was the window of the teda square area B decoration engineering,it was also the difficult point in the design and construction. With stability and good structure rigidity of cable rod supporting structure of spokewise prestressed,dependent on the glass fixing device of mechanical connection was adjustable and excellent durability. Rational selection and application of laminated semi tempered glass and sealant seam to improve safety,durability. The establishment of the prestressed cable-strut structure was to obtain necessary measures in the shape of structural rigidity and stability and installation needed to focus on the cable tensioning and screw,glass clamp firmness under effective control.
