摘 要:目的分析广州市海珠区5起诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情的流行病学和病原学特征。方法在2014年5-12月期间,从5起广州市海珠区诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情中采集51份肛拭子标本,用RT-PCR对标本中的诺如病毒核酸进行检测。结果 5起诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情发生在5月及10~12月,均分布在学校,51份标本中共检出阳性24份,均属GⅡ组。幼儿GⅡ型感染所占比例为91.7%。结论广州市海珠区存在诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情,流行优势株为GⅡ组。Objective To analyze the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of the outbreaks of uorovirus infectious diarrhea in Haizhu district. Methods 51 Rectal swab samples from 5 outbreak sites from May to De- cember in 2014 were collected. Norovirus was detected by RT- PCR. Results The outbreaks occurred in school, mainly occurred in May and from October to December. 24 in 51 samples were detected positive, and they belonged to same geno group ( G Ⅱ ) . Younger children G Ⅱ infection accounts for the proportion is 91.7%. Conclusions Haizhu district existing Norovirus infectious diarrhea outbreak . Genoguoup Ⅱ was the prevalence.
