摘  要:目的了解青海省2010年3株乙型流感毒株血凝素HA抗原性和基因特性。方法用MDCK细胞分离培养流感病毒,提取流感病毒核酸,采用RT-PCR方法扩增病毒HA基因,纯化产物进行氨基酸序列测定,用MEGA 4.0分析软件对基因种系进行特性分析。结果青海省2010年人群中监测到的为B型Yamagata系毒株,与WHO推荐的疫苗株B/California/01/2009相比,其核苷酸和氨基酸序列未发生明显改变。结论青海省乙型流感病毒优势流行株其抗原性未发生明显改变,提示2010年WHO推荐的乙型流感疫苗对青海省人群有明显的保护效果。Objective To understand the HA antigenic and genetic characteristics of 3 strains of influenza B strains of Qinghai province in 2010. Methods Isolation with MDCK cell culture influenza virus, extract influ- enza virus nucleic acid, using RT - PCR method to amplified virus HA gene, purified product was determined by amino acid sequence, by using MEGA4.0 analysis software to conduct characterize analysis for gene germ line. Results Type B Yamagata lineage strains were monitored among the population of Qinghai province in 2010, compared with the vaccine strains B / California / 01/2009 recommended by WHO , its nucleotide and amino acid sequences did not change significantly. Conclusions The advantages epidemic strains of influenza B virus and its antigenicity did not change significantly in Qinghai, suggesting that recommended influenza B vaccine by WHO in 2010 has a good protective effect among population in Qinghai province.
