保定市人群甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保定市人群甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种影响因素。方法采用自填式问卷收集调查对象甲型H1N1流感疫苗的接种情况及其影响因素。采用微量血凝抑制(hemagglutination inhibition,HI)实验测定调查对象接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗后不同时期的抗体水平。结果职业、月收入水平、付费方式、呼吸系统慢性病病史、对甲型H1N1流感认知情况是影响接种意愿的主要因素,性别、年龄、感冒次数、交通状况对接种意愿影响不大。在不愿进行接种的人群中,认为疫苗不安全、文化程度不高、对甲型H1N1流感认知度不高是主要的影响因素,分别占不愿接种总人数的33.41%、30.81%、29.62%。接种后第1个月抗体保护率最高,且随着免疫时间的推移抗体保护率逐渐下降。结论进行甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种是最佳的预防甲型H1N1流感流行和暴发的防护措施,要帮助人们了解相关知识,使其建立正确的预防观念,从而提高甲型H1N1流感疫苗的接种率,保护人群健康。Objective To discuss the influencing factors of influenza virus A H1N1 vaccine in Baoding cit- y. Methods Self - administered questionnaires survey was conducted to learn the coverage of influenza virus A H1N1 vaccine and related influencing factors in observation objects, hemmagglution inhibition （HI） assays were used to test antibody titers in different times after vaccination. Results The willingness of vaccination was significantly affected by occupation, monthly income, forms of payment, history of chronic respiratory disease and awareness of influenza virus A H1N1, but had no correlation with gender, ages, frequency of influenza and traffic condition. Among the subjects without vaccination, questio;l the safety of vaccine, low cultural lev- el and short of knowledge about influenza virus A H1N1 were the main influencing factors, which accounted for 33.41% , 30. 81% and 29.62% respectively. Antibody protection rate was highest after vaccination for 1 month, as the immune time went on, antibody protection rates reduced. Conclusions The vaccination was the best measure to prevent the epidemic and outbreak of influenza virus A H1N1, in order to improve the vacci- nation rates and protect the human healthy, the knowledge of influenza virus A H1 N1 vaccine should be spread and the correct conception of prevention should be established.
