瑞丽市2011-2014年麻疹免疫抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解瑞丽市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为评价消除麻疹进程提供依据。方法应用酶联免疫间接法检测健康人群麻疹Ig G抗体,并进行统计分析。结果 2011-2014年监测健康人群血清1 516份,检出麻疹Ig G抗体阳性1 447份,阳性率95.45%。其中有麻疹免疫史人群抗体阳性率100.00%;无免疫史或免疫史不详人群抗体阳性率83.04%,不同人群之间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=149.45,P﹤0.001)。结论瑞丽市健康人群麻疹抗体水平较高,疫情得到有效控制。应继续提高麻疹疫苗接种率,不断巩固麻疹免疫屏障,并落实好境外麻疹传染源输入的预防措施。Objective To observe the immunologic effect of measles vaccine and evaluate the immune barrier process. Methods The information collection and analysis about the measles immunization from the corre- sponding population. Results From 2011 -2014, we had found 1516 people who got the measles vaccine. There were 1447 people had been found the measles serum IgG antibody, with the positive rate of 95.45%. The people who had got vaccination had 100% positive rate, in contrast to the 83.04% in those people with unknown vaccination history, there are significant statistically differences among different groups （X2 = 149.45, P 〈 0. 001 ） . Conclusions Appropriate use of measles vaccine to vaccinate the population may in- crease their serum antibody levels, and in favor of establishing effective measles immunization barrier. To con- solidate the measles immune barrier, should continue to improve measles vaccination rate, and to prevention the overseas measles infection.
