摘  要:目的了解兴仁县下山镇某小学甲肝流行的影响因素,为甲肝疫情的防控工作提供依据。方法通过现场流行病学调查,描述此次甲肝流行的流行特征,并运用病例对照研究方法探讨其影响因素。结果共发生甲肝病例30例,罹患率为2.25%;发病高峰在5月底~6月中旬;病例分布在下山镇的5个村寨;以三年级以下学生发病为主。结论此次甲肝的流行主要与食用凉拌食品和麻辣食品,以及卫生习惯差有关。Objective To understand the factors affecting the prevalence of hepatitis A and to provide experience for prevention and control of hepatitis A. Methods Field survey was conducted to describe the epidemic char- acteristics, and the case - control study was conducted for the influencing factors. Results 30 cases of hepati- tis A with prevalence rate of 2. 25% and peak incidence between the end of May and mid - June. Cases were distributed in 5 villages of Xiashan town with the incidence mainly among students of grade 3 and below. A case - control study showed that in taking of cold foods and spicy foods, as well as poor hygienic habits might be the main factors for this hepatitis epidemic. Conclusions The prevalence of the current hepatitis A outbreak was mainly attributable to the in taking of cold foods and spicy foods as well as poor hygienic habits.
