摘　　要：随着互联网影响力的不断提升,国际社会废除美国单边根垄断的呼声越来越高,构建自主根系统已经上升到各国保障国家网络空间安全的战略高度。当前,全球根管理政策和根部署技术正在深度调整,根镜像也加速向全球推广。通过全面分析根管理权迁移和相关技术发展的趋势,结合对我国根镜像建设和服务水平的监测,提出我国把握机遇逐步提升根访问质量,实现根自主管理的举措和建议。As Internet changes social life enormously, construction of independent root system has been national strategy for cyberspace security. At present, management policy and technology of root system is under depth adjustment, meanwhile, anycast nodes of root server accelerate global promotion. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the evolution trend is made for root management right and deployment technology. Combined with the monitoring data, suggestions for realizing independent root management are put forward.
