摘　　要：企业创新绩效作为企业技术创新能力的重要表征受到管理层和学术界的广泛关注,然而当前对于企业创新绩效测评尚存分歧,主要表现为统一的或普适性的企业创新绩效评价方案尚不存在。本文通过对企业创新绩效相关研究的总结,从企业创新绩效影响因素与提升路径识别、企业创新绩效测度与评价等方面对企业创新绩效研究加以梳理和评述,指出现有研究不足及其产生原因,进而构建了基于"效率-产出"的企业创新绩效评价的综合性分析框架,以期为后续企业创新绩效测评相关研究指明方向。As a main index of firms＇ technological innovative capacity, their innovative performance captured extensive attention among managers and academics, although the disagreement on evaluation and measurement of firms＇ innovative performance between different researchers still exist, which mainly caused by the inexistenee of universally used finns＇ innovative performance measurement scheme. In this paper, based on the summary of the current research related to finns＇ innovative performance, we place more emphasis on the identification of influencing factors and enhancement path of firms＇ innovative performance, the measurement and evaluation of finns ＇ innovative performance, after the carding and review, we construct a comprehensive analysis framework for finns＇ innovative performance evaluation according to the composition and representation forms, in hopes to show the direction for future researches.
