摘　　要：苏州新闻大厦塔楼投影呈圆形,结合工程特点及超限情况,确定结构的性能化抗震设计目标。对整体结构和大跨度楼盖分别进行了性能化分析及舒适度分析。计算结果表明,所选结构体系合理、安全、可靠,结构各项性能均能达到预定的抗震性能目标,大跨度楼盖舒适度能满足规范要求。The projection of tower of Suzhou News Building is circle. Performance-based seismic design objectives of the building were proposed with consideration of the project characteristics and out-of-code conditions. Performance-based seismic design and comfort analysis were carried out on the overall structure and large-span floor respectively. The calculation results show that the selected structural system is rational, safe and reliable, and all performances of the structure can achieve respected performance-based seismic design objectives. Additionally, the comfort design of the large-span floor can meet design requirements.
