摘 要:选用SPF规格材(云杉-松木-冷杉)与不同厚度的定向刨花板,依据荷载垂直或平行于木材纹理方向制作60个夹板剪力墙钉连接试件以及20个标准剪力墙钉连接试件,采用美国ASTM D 1761-12试验标准进行单调加载试验。结果表明:采用相同厚度的定向刨花板制作的夹板剪力墙钉节点承载力比标准剪力墙钉节点承载力大;随着夹板厚度的增加,夹板剪力墙钉节点承载力、刚度、延性系数提高;相同厚度OSB制作的顺纹钉节点刚度大于横纹钉节点;12mm厚的定向刨花板比较适合制作夹板剪力墙。Sixty connection specimens of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints and twenty connection specimens of standard shear wall nail joints were made according to perpendicular-to-grain and the parallel-to-grain loads by using SPF dimension lumber (Spruce-Pine-Fir) and OSB with different thickness. Monotonic loading tests were applied to the specimens based on ASTM D 1761-12. Test results show that the bearing capacity of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints is higher than that of standard shear wall nail joint with the same thickness of OSB. With the increase of MIDPLY thickness, the bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility factor of MIDPLY shear wall nail joints are improved. With the same thickness of OSB, the stiffness of the parallel-to-grain nail joint is higher than that of perpendicular-to-grain joint. OSB with 12mm thickness is quite properly used for MIDPLY shear wall.
