摘 要:采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术对细晶高强IF钢的织构及晶界特征分布之间的关系进行了探究。结果表明,随着退火时间的延长,γ织构通过不断吞噬其他织构而增强,对应的织构则相应减弱。试验钢板中含有大量的Σ3、Σ9、Σ11和Σ13低能晶界,其组成类别和比例随退火时间延长逐渐产生差异,导致再结晶织构组分发生相应改变。再结晶织构的形成与低ΣCSL晶界的分布有密切关系。The relationship between the texture and grain boundary character distributions in fine-grain and high-strength IF steel was investigated by means of the electron backscatter diffraction ( EBSD ) . The results show that the γ texture enhances by devouring other texture, and the corresponding texture reduces accordingly with the increase of annealing time. The test plate contains a large amount ofΣ3,Σ9,Σ11 and Σ13 low-energy grain boundaries. The ΣCSL category and proportion vary gradually according to the increase of annealing time, and the variation leads to the corresponding changing of recrystallization texture component. The formation of recrystallization texture has close relationship with the distribution of ΣCSL boundaries.
