摘 要:采用电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢表面制备3Cr13涂层,利用正交试验法研究了喷涂工艺参数对涂层硬度、孔隙率和磨损质量损失的影响。结果表明,在研究范围内,影响涂层硬度和磨损质量损失最主要的参数为喷涂电流,影响涂层孔隙率的最主要因素为喷涂距离。优化的工艺参数为喷涂电流120 A,喷涂电压32 V,喷涂距离230 mm、喷涂气压0.5 MPa,涂层硬度达608 HV0.1,孔隙率13.65%,磨损质量损失为3.10 mg,综合性能较好。The 3Cr13 coatings were prepared by arc spraying technology on Q235 steel,and orthogonal experimental method was used to investigate the influence of the spraying parameters on micro hardness,porosity and wear mass loss of the sprayed coatings. The results show that the spray current is the most significant factor to affect the micro hardness of the coating,while spray distance is the most significant factor to affect the porosity and wear mass loss of the coating in the experimental range. The optimum spray parameters are that the 120 A of spray current,32 Vof spray voltage,230 mm of spray distance,and 0. 5 MPa of spray pressure. The 3Cr13 coating produced with the optimum parameters shows good comprehensive performance: the micro hardness is 608 HV0. 1, the porosity is 13. 65%, and the wear mass loss is 3. 10 mg.
