摘  要:总结了基于相量测量单元(PMU)的电力系统广域测量系统(WAMS)在中国的发展应用现状,介绍了智能电网调度控制系统(简称"D5000系统")中WAMS、数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统,以及保护与故障信息系统的图模库一体化整合,以及多调度中心WAMS数据的按需共享。分析了目前PMU/WAMS进一步推广过程中,在电磁暂态现象分析、实时广域控制、海量数据传输和处理以及强迫振荡检测和控制等方面遇到的技术难题。从扩展PMU应用领域、解决海量数据传输和处理问题、提高WAMS本身应用问题分析能力、提高PMU本身的质量和动态量测性能等几个方面为PMU/WAMS的下一步发展方向提出了建议。The development status quo of wide area phasor measuring technology in China is reviewed.The integration techniques of wide area measurement system(WAMS)and other dispatching automation systems in the smart grid dispatching and control system of D5000,such as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and protective relay and fault information system(FIS),are described.WAMS data of multiple dispatching centers can also be shared as required in D5000. The obstacles that hinder the popularization of the phasor measurement unit (PMU)/WAMS are analyzed,including an analysis of electromagnetic transient events,real-time wide area control,transmission and processing of massive data,and the mechanism of enforced oscillation in the system control theory.Some suggestions on future orientation of PMU/WAMS are proposed.These solutions can be classified as the following aspects:extending the application areas,solving the transmission and processing problems of massive data,improving the capability of WAMS analysis technology,improving the quality and dynamic measurement performance of PMU.
