摘　　要：可持续发展区域管理研究是一个近年来兴起的多学科交叉的研究主题。它以管理学、区域经济学和地理学等学科为基础,同时汲取生态学、环境科学等学科对可持续发展的理论成果,以多学科视角来研究多元动态的区域发展问题。可持续发展区域管理的研究对象是一定时空范围内的自然-经济-社会复合系统,主要聚焦人口、资源、环境与发展(即PRED系统)之间的协调关系问题。基于学科背景和研究侧重点的不同,可持续发展区域管理研究主要可分为区域可持续发展动力机制研究、区域可持续发展战略研究和区域可持续发展公共管理研究等三个子领域。Regional management of sustainable development （RMSD） is an emerging field of research dealing with complex and dynamic regional sustainable development issues. It＇s an interdisciplinary field based on management, regional ecomomics, and geogrophy and borrowed wisdom from other disciplines, such as ecology, enviromental science, etc. The subjuect of RMSD is the coordination of population, resources, enviorment and development. The primary domains induclude the dynamics,the strategy and planning and public management of regional sustainable devlopment.
