摘  要:目的对COOK球囊配合缩宫素引产失败病例进行观察分析,从而提高引产成功率,降低剖宫产率。方法将符合引产指征的孕产妇256例采用双球囊与小剂量缩宫素联合促宫颈成熟的方法引产。观察引产成功率,并根据引产成功与否分析产妇宫颈Bishop评分及血清、羊水前列腺素含量。结果 256例患者分为引产成功组211例和失败组45例。引产成功组宫颈Bishop评分及血清、羊水前列腺素含量改善程度均明显优于引产失败组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COOK球囊联合缩宫素进行引产,其失败原因主要为产妇的宫颈Bishop评分及血清、羊水前列腺素含量未能达到与成功引产产妇的预期值。应用此类方式进行引产时应着重关注产妇这两项指标,如提升不明显时,应联合其他引产方式,以降低剖宫产率。Objective To observe and analyze the COOK balloon with oxytocin in induced labor failed cases,so as to improve the suc-cessful rate of induced labor,reduce cesarean section rate. Methods 256 cases of induced labor in pregnant women with syndrome refers to,u-sing double balloon and oxytocin of low dose combined with promoting cervical ripening causes induction method. To observe induction success rate,and analyze the relationship of Bishop score,maternal serum,amniotic prostaglandin content based on successful induction. Results 256 cases were divided into two groups 211 cases in abortion success group and 45 patients in failure group. Bishop score and induction success group serum and amniotic fluid prostaglandin content were significantly better than the degree of improvement in cervical induction failure group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion Using COOK balloon combined with oxytocin for induction of labor,the major causes of failure were that the cervical Bishop score. The serum and amniotic fluid of PG content of maternal could not reach the level of the suc-cessful of maternal. So when using this method to induce,the cervical Bishop score,the serum and amniotic fluid of PG content should be con-cerned,in order to reducing the rate of cesarean section by transforming Other complications.
