摘 要:目的探讨人体血液中的红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与冠心病患者冠脉病变严重程度的关系。方法收集2014年1月至2014年12月期间198例经冠脉造影结果明确诊断为冠心病的患者,根据冠脉的病变支数及狭窄程度把患者分为不同亚组;对所有患者检测RDW,分析RDW与不同冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加,RDW逐渐升高。双支和多支病变组RDW较单支病变组明显升高(P<0.05)。完全闭塞者的RDW高于轻度、中度、重度狭窄者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RDW与冠脉病变的严重程度密切相关,可以作为冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度的预测指标之一。Objective To explore the association of red blood cell distribution width( RDW)with the severity of coronary lesions and ste-nosis. Methods One hundred and ninety-eight coronary heart disease( CHD)patients diagnosed by coronary angiography during January,2014-December,2014 were enrolled in the study. According to the numbers of coronary artery branches with lesions and the severity of stenosis of the arteries,the patients were divided into different subgroups. RDW was measured in all patients. The relationship of RDW with CHD was analyzed. Results With the increase of the number of coronary artery branches with lesions,RDW was gradually increased. RDW level was significantly higher in two- and multi-vessels lesions group than that in the single-vessel lesion group( P 〈0. 05). RDW level in patients with total occlu-sion was significantly higher than that in patients with mild,moderate and severe stenosis( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion RDW level was closely re-lated to the severity of coronary lesions and stenosis,and may be as one of the predictive factors for the severity of CHD.
