试论如何做好就业困难群体的职业指导

摘　　要：随着高校毕业生人数的逐年增加,就业困难群体成为一个社会广泛关注的群体,就业困难成为困扰着高校、学生和家长的重大问题。高校应以职业指导来帮助青年学生提高综合素质,树立科学的就业观,加强大学职业指导全员化、全程化和立体化,完善职业指导体制建设,提升职业指导服务质量,帮助就业困难群体提升就业能力,最终促进就业困难群体就业问题的解决。As the number of college graduates is increasingly rising year by year, the problem of finding employment after graduation has become one big concern of our current society. The difficulty in finding a proper job wears out many students and their parents and the universities.This paper is about to propose that colleges and universities should help students to improve their viding students with career counseling comprehensive abilities and establish a scientific outlook of employment by proor planing. And this paper also suggest that career guidance courses should be multi-dimensional,enduring and involve all the faculty members and colleges and universities should try to improve the career guiding system construction and its systematic service quality and finally help students improve their employability. Thus, the problem can be solved effectively.
