浅论开展高职院校素质拓展工作的困难与对策

摘　　要：当前我国高职院校已经认识到了开展大学生素质教育工作的意义,高职院校的素质拓展工作也是渐入佳境。同时,也取得了一些成绩。然而,素质拓展工作的开展关系到大学生能否充分的发展个性,拓展素质,能否为素质教育在高职院的延续和升华起到引导性的作用。而当前高职院大学生素质拓展工作存在认识不到位、管理体系不完善等影响素质拓展工作发展的瓶颈。解决这些问题的途径和方法是我们非常关心的。Currently, Chinese polytechnic has recognized the significance of the work carried out Quality Education.Quality Development work in polytechnic is getting better, and made some achievements. However, the quality of development work plays an important role of carried out to the full development of personality students can expand the quality, quality education can play a guiding role in polytechnic of continuation and sublimation. The current polytechnic students＇ Quality Development Work has some problems：recognize problem, imperfect system affect the bottleneck, of quality development work. we are very concerned about. That the ways and means of solving these problems.
