中医特色护理法对阿尔茨海默病患者病情控制的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色护理法对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者病情控制的影响。方法:将60例AD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予口服脑复康片(吡拉西坦片)治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中医特色醒脑开窍护理法,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后MMSE、CDT、MOCA认知功能评分与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色醒脑开窍护理法干预AD疗效满意,值得临床深入开发研究。Objective：To explore the effect of TCM nursing care on the control of conditions in patients with Alzheimer$ disease. Meth- ods ：60 patients with Alzheimerg disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（ 30 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given treatment with oral Piracetam tablets and the patients in the observation group were provided TCM nursing care based on medication. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results ： The effective rate was higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of MMSE,CDT and MOCA before and after the intervention in the observation group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of TCM nursing care is satisfactory in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
