摘　　要：为了解决锌系磷化液废渣综合利用技术问题,提出将锌系磷化液废渣进行综合利用,降低了自然资源的消耗,最大程度地提取锌系磷化液中的磷酸根、铁离子、锌元素,获得磷酸钠、氧化铁和氧化锌产品,提高了锌系磷化液废渣的综合利用价值,降低了锌系磷化液应用领域的成本。In order to solve technical problems of comprehensive utilization of the zinc phosphating liquid waste, the comprehensive utilization of the zinc phosphatingliquid waste slag is puts forward. It can not only reduce the consumption of natural resources but also extract phosphate, iron ion and zinc extremely, leading to sodium phosphate, iron oxide and zinc oxide products, which improves the comprehensive utilization of zinc-phosphating residue and reduces the application cost of zinc phosphating solution.
