摘　　要：城市旅游休闲街区是集旅游、休闲功能为一体的街区,一般由历史文化街区、古代商业市集区转变而来。旅游休闲街区的发展形态、服务方式可从经营业态中反映出来。以旅游休闲街区发展较为成熟、类型较为丰富的北京为例,不同类型旅游休闲街区其业态组合、配置、特征不同,应依据街区地脉、文脉、主题定位,针对细分市场的消费者心理、行为习惯,合理配置业态类型,丰富经营内容。The tourism and leisure block in urban is a block that has a function of tourism and leisure, generally shifting from the historical and cultural blocks, ancient commercial street and ancient cultural area. The development situation of tourism and leisure block and the form of service can be reflected from the block＇s operation types. Taking Peking, which is fully developing and relatively rich in type, as a case, it is found that different types of block are different in the combina- tion, features, configuration of the operation types. Aiming at consumers＇ psychology and behavior habit, the operation types should be combined and configured reasonable based on the block＇s terra context, civil context and the subject of block.
