摘 要:本文系统探讨了我国水库大坝病险与溃坝规律。介绍了世界最高实体坝现场溃坝试验和室内试验结果,揭示了土石坝溃决机理和溃决过程。系统阐述了基于风险的大坝安全评价方法、病险水库除险加固技术、大坝风险控制非工程措施、大坝安全信息监测与预测预警、大坝风险标准等涉及水库大坝安全保障体系建设的一系列关键技术。本研究成果丰富了溃坝理论,完善了溃坝模拟技术,可服务于全国水库大坝安全行业管理和实践。The defects and dangers of reservoir dam and the law of dam failure are systematically explored herein; in which the in-situ experiment and laboratory experiment of dam failure for the highest dam(entity) in the world are described, and then the failure mechanism and failure process of the failure of earth-rockfill dam are revealed. Furthermore, a series of key technologies related to the construction of the reservoir dam safety guarantee system, which are based on the safety assessment of dangerous dam, the strengthening and risk elimination of defective and dangerous reservoir, the non-engineering measures for the risk con- trol of dam, the information monitoring, prediction and pre-warning of dam safety, the dam risk criteria, etc. are systematically expatiated as well. This study achievement enriches the theory of dam failure and improves the dam failure simulation technology, thus can serve the sector management and practice for the safety of reservoir dam in China.
