摘 要:为缓解三峡水库汛末蓄水与下游抗旱补水之间的矛盾,开展了三峡水库汛末抗旱蓄水方式优化设计。提出严格满足下游抗旱补水流量需求,考虑流量、出力过程稳定的三峡水库汛末改进蓄水方式,进而分析比较提前蓄水时间和汛末控制水位蓄水方案的兴利效益与防洪风险,确定了最佳提前蓄水方案并通过典型年蓄水调度过程进行检验。研究成果可为提高干旱条件下长江流域水资源控制运行水平提供科学的理论依据。In order to alleviate the contradiction between the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir during the flood reces- sion period and the water supplement for drought relief of its downstream area, the optimized design of the impounding mode of the Three Gorges Reservoir for drought relief during the flood recession period is carried out. Moreover, an improved mode of the impoundment during the flood recession period of the Three Gorges Reservoir is proposed under the consideration of stabilities of both the discharge and output processes, which can strictly meet the flow demand from the downstream water supplement for drought relief, furthermore, the utilizable benefit and flood control risk from the schemes of the in-advance impoundment and the impoundment during the flood recession period are analyzed and compared, while an optimal in-advance impoundment scheme is determined, which is checked with the typical annual impounding process concerned. The study achievement can lay a theoretical basis for enhancing the operation level of the water resources control of Yangtze River Basin under the drought condition.
