摘 要:生产协作制造模式的出现使得企业与企业之间的工艺设计合作更加紧密,如何选择外协伙伴逐渐成为一个重要难题。通过对工艺方案进行建模,建立统一的生产准备管理平台,使企业组织内成员能够在该平台上相互协作完成工艺任务;在该平台上,利用层次分析法、模糊评价和熵权法以及对TOPSIS法进行适当改进,建立了一套合理的外协伙伴评价体系,合理地选择了外协伙伴,实现了工艺资源最优化配置。最后以某企业的工艺设计外协项目论证外协伙伴评价体系的合理性和实用性。With the advent of the collaborative manufacturing mode of production, the cooperation between enterprises gets closer in process design. However, how to choose the outsourcing partners gradually becomes an important problem. Firstly, an unified platform for the production preparation management is established through the process modeling, it makes the members of the enterprise organization work together to finish the process task. Then, AHP, fuzzy evaluation, entropy weight method and an improved method on TOPSIS are used to set up a reasonable evaluation system of outsourcing partners on the platform. The evaluation system helps to choose the best outsourcing partners and realizes the process resource optimizing configuration. Finally, a process design outsourcing project of a certain enterprise is applied to demonstrate the rationality and practicability of the evaluation system of outsourcing partners.
