摘  要:细化晶粒是既可以提高金属材料强度又可以改善韧性的一种有效方法,是加工硬化、时效强化等方法难以达到的。该文运用细晶强化机理深入分析了纯金细晶强化与硬度的关系;以纯金为研究对象,通过快速淬火方法成功地细化了纯金的晶粒度;试验结果表明,细晶强化对提高纯金硬度的作用是显著的。细化晶粒技术为开发超细晶金提供了技术支持。Grain refinement is an effective method to improve the strength and toughness of metallic materials, which can not be reached by other strengthening methods such as processing hardening and aging strengthening. The paper applies the fine grain strengthening mechanism in analyzing the relation between pure gold strengthening and its hardness; with pure gold as research subject,quick quenching successfully refines its grain fineness; the research results show that fine grain strengthening is significant in improving the hardness of pure gold. The fine grain refinement technique provides technical support for the development of ultrafine grain gold.
